PCBA is the abbreviation for Printed Circuit Board+Assembly in English. It involves the entire production process of PCB circuit board processing, SMT mounting processing, DIP plug-in processing, assembly, testing, packaging, etc., that is, the entire process of PCB bare board passing through SMT mounting electronic components and then DIP plug-in.
The PCBA process is based on the designer’s PCB design documents, using processes such as cutting, drilling, exposure development, etching, copper deposition, electroplating, and surface treatment to produce a bare PCB board. Then, electronic components (including SMD mount components and DIP plug-in components) are welded onto the bare PCB board, forming a complete hardware structure onto the PCBA board.
